Attractive hotel, family atmosphere. Great view, a nice balcony, extremely comfy bed, too. The pool was amazing. Central location, at walking distance from black cenote. We loved a good restaurant.

Beautifully decorated rooms, good beds, exceptionally NICE breakfast. Everything was modern, though a few employees were noisy. The hotel has absolutely perfect location short walk to - the lake and restaurants. Nice experience there.

wonderful staff, reasonably spacious bathroom & exceptionally comfortable beds - all for a fairly nice stay. i got free upgrade and loved it. perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to a stalwart 1729 stone fort. fairly clean hotel, impeccable service.
